As a Heeros software user you have access to our free support service, that we provide via multiple channels. In addition to personal service, you have access to the Heeros Help Center database, which provides you with the latest updates as well as resources to support your work.
Support for Heeros PSA
PSA Help Center service portal is available for you 24/7 and serves as the primary channel for support requests. By submitting a form through the portal, our support team receives sufficient information about your issue and we get to the bottom of the case faster. In Help Center, you'll also find supporting materials, guides for how to use the software , as well as news and updates.
Heeros PSA admin users have also access to live chat on weekdays at 9–11 ja 13–15. Chat is available within the software.
