We are seeking Sales Managers to play important role in Heeros' success story


As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Heeros' growth strategy through effective new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for executing
sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by understanding customer needs. You possess the skills to thoroughly understand our product portfolio, including Financial, ERP/PSA and HR and Payroll solutions, and to effectively convey their value to customers. You excel at skillfully negotiating with potential customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, your ability to efficiently manage the sales process, address customer concerns, and overcome objections enables you to successfully close deals and deliver exceptional results. 

What do we wish from you? 

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets 
  • Experience working with SaaS and/or ERP software 
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively with clients 
  • You are eager to learn and immerse yourself in our products and industry 
  • Ability to communicate convincingly in both Finnish and English 
  • Strong collaboration skills with different teams
