As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Heeros' growth strategy through effective new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for executing sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by understanding customer needs. You possess the skills to thoroughly understand our product portfolio, including Financial, ERP/PSA and HR and Payroll solutions, and to effectively convey their value to customers. You excel at skillfully negotiating with potential customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, your ability to efficiently manage the sales process, address customer concerns, and overcome objections enables you to successfully close deals and deliver exceptional results.
