Product Manager – Financial Management SaaS

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us with our mission of creating software that makes running a business easier for SMBs across Europe.

As a Product Manager at Heeros, you will be responsible for managing selected financial management SaaS solutions throughout the product lifecycle, contributing from product development to go-to-market activities. You will have a direct impact on the products and services used by thousands of companies and play a key role in driving our future business growth. 

Product Manager’s Responsibilities 

• Lead and coordinate product management activities, from business analysis to product design, development, and go-to-market programs. 
• Provide business requirements to R&D teams and manage product backlogs as a Product Owner. 
• Oversee product development projects in collaboration with our Scrum Masters and R&D teams. 
• Conduct customer, market, and product analysis. 
• Interact with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all company levels. 
• Create and manage product-related documentation and assets. 
• Contribute to the development of product management processes and practices, as well as Heeros' strategic initiatives. 

What we wish from you 

• Some years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. 
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects. 
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with a proactive and self-driven approach. 
• Ability to do basic level business & customer analysis. 
• Ability to discuss basic level technical topics (but no need to be a technical expert). 
• Excellent communication and networking skills – fluency in spoken and written English is essential, while proficiency in Finnish is a significant advantage, given our local customer base. 
• Knowledge of financial management processes, industry, and market is considered a valuable asset.
